Returns We have a NO REFUND policy. However we do except exchanges if approved.
Exchanges (If applicable) We will replace items, only, if they are defective or damaged. However, we do NOT refund or exchange, items that are special ordered, custom-made and/ or personalized. All defective/damaged merchandise must be reported within three days of the arrival date, in which you received it! To report a concern, please send an email, with photos, to Royaltysworldofdesigns@yahoo.com. We will respond within 48 hours.
Once exchange is approved, you will have five days to have merchandise, post marked for return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging merchandise.
Upon receiving your return merchandise. We will review and notify you via email, to inform you once your exchange has been processed for shipment.
